Flo Paris

In the March 2003 Music for Missions founder Eric Parker went on tour with progressive rock group Glass Hammer.  Also joining the group for the first time was recording artist Flo Paris.  Eric was in the early stages of selecting artists for an upcoming Music for Missions compilation disc, and Flo agreed to contribute the title track from her first album Practice Room.  Not only did Practice Room turn out to be one of the strongest tracks on the disc, but Eric also borrowed a phrase from Flo's song to be the title of the disc All This Time.

Although Flo found herself singing prog rock with Glass Hammer, her own music is folk at its best.  Her main influences, Sandra McCracken, Derek Webb, and Andrew Peterson would be proud of the sound which is all her own.  Although Practice Room is not a Music for MIssions production, we will be carrying the disc, and as always, 2/3 of the CD profit will be donated to world missions.

Practice Room is now available in the Music for MIssions Shopping Cart!
