Customer Service

Music for Missions Customer Service is available by email.  If you have questions or comments about our ministry or service, please email us at ecparker@comcast.net.  We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

 

Return/Refund policy

Because two-thirds of the proceeds from Music for Missions CDs are donated to another ministry, all sales are final.  If the product you purchase arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly ship you another.

 

Delivery

Delivery of all CDs within the continental US is by US Mail first class.  Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.  Shipments outside the US are handled by the best method available.  Shipment on overseas purchases takes 7-10 days on average.
